一、用途：ZQB系列瀝青混凝土拌和機(jī)可拌合新瀝青混合料；又可對舊瀝青混合料在生；以及對堆放、儲存的瀝青混合料加熱、拌合，重新利用。電啟動柴油發(fā)電機(jī)解決野外作業(yè)沒有常用電源。瀝青混凝土拌和機(jī)可隨時隨地對路面出現(xiàn)的坑槽進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場修補(bǔ)，作業(yè)結(jié)束后便可通行，確保道路完好暢通。特別是在寒冷的冬季其作用更為突出。

二、主要結(jié)構(gòu)：

ZQB系列瀝青混凝土拌和機(jī)與電啟動柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組成，其結(jié)構(gòu)形式有；

1、配有后橋制動、三角架牽引為拖拉式；

2、需要施工作業(yè)吊裝在運(yùn)輸車上為車載式及固定式三種方式；

三、性能特點：

（一）、拌合方式：ZQB系列瀝青混凝土拌和機(jī)利用帶有保溫層旋轉(zhuǎn)的滾筒內(nèi)葉片進(jìn)行拌合；滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)采用擺線針輪減速機(jī)帶動齒輪驅(qū)動，每次拌合量不少于1000㎏。

（二）、加熱方式：采用世界名牌兩段火柴油燃燒器加熱，對滾筒內(nèi)的氣體加熱升溫；氣體的溫度傳遞給瀝青混合料，其溫度由溫度傳感系統(tǒng)控制，達(dá)到需要溫度時燃燒器停止燃燒。

（三）、上料方式：1、上料軌道可折疊，上料斗為底卸式，其容量為300㎏/次;提升采用多功能電動提升機(jī)，由行程開關(guān)限位。2、液壓助力上料方式。

（四）、除塵方式：采用旋風(fēng)除塵系統(tǒng)，由離心式通風(fēng)機(jī)將滾筒內(nèi)的粉塵、水蒸氣排出。

（五）、供電方式：若不能接外界電源，配有電啟動柴油發(fā)電機(jī)組；發(fā)電機(jī)組的機(jī)架下面有四組二級橡膠減震機(jī)構(gòu)，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)十分平穩(wěn)以防止振動機(jī)件及電器損壞。

（六）、整機(jī)采用多功能電器控制系統(tǒng)，一目了然，操作簡單。

四、注意事項

數(shù)字調(diào)溫（左上角），通電后一定要先運(yùn)行攪拌系統(tǒng)，點火器在通電后15秒自動開啟，在室內(nèi)操作時應(yīng)注意通風(fēng)，將有毒氣體排出室外，保證安全。
