概述：YK系列臥式整體型高效節(jié)能瀝青加熱儲油罐，是為道路施工和養(yǎng)護(hù)單位設(shè)計的燃燒直熱式瀝青加溫儲存裝置。該瀝青罐集快速升溫、保溫、儲存為一體，巧妙利用瀝青快速升溫、排放余熱進(jìn)入儲存罐保溫、升溫使有限熱能得到最充分的利用。

主要特點(diǎn)：該設(shè)備從使用單位的要求出發(fā)，一改傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計流程，采用在瀝青儲存容器中對高溫區(qū)進(jìn)行相對封閉，高溫部分進(jìn)行蓄熱式主動保溫，熱能高度集中分級利用和提高熱效率的措施，實(shí)現(xiàn)了瀝青的加熱與預(yù)熱。高溫瀝青的產(chǎn)出與預(yù)熱瀝青的補(bǔ)充在封閉 狀態(tài)下等量、同步、自動進(jìn)行。縮短了升溫時間，杜絕了瀝青的老化，簡化操作程序，降低了瀝青的生產(chǎn)成本。該設(shè)備構(gòu)思新穎，操作簡單，性能穩(wěn)定，整體可移，運(yùn)輸方便，安裝不需構(gòu)筑基礎(chǔ)，可直接放置在經(jīng)簡單平整過的場地上即可點(diǎn)火生產(chǎn)。單套加熱只需要一人操作。
