一、用途：ZQB系列瀝青混凝土拌和機可拌合新瀝青混合料；又可對舊瀝青混合料在生；以及對堆放、儲存的瀝青混合料加熱、拌合，重新利用。電啟動柴油發電機解決野外作業沒有常用電源。瀝青混凝土拌和機可隨時隨地對路面出現的坑槽進行現場修補，作業結束后便可通行，確保道路完好暢通。特別是在寒冷的冬季其作用更為突出。

二、主要結構：

ZQB系列瀝青混凝土拌和機與電啟動柴油發電機組成，其結構形式有；

1、配有后橋制動、三角架牽引為拖拉式；

2、需要施工作業吊裝在運輸車上為車載式及固定式三種方式；

三、性能特點：

（一）、拌合方式：ZQB系列瀝青混凝土拌和機利用帶有保溫層旋轉的滾筒內葉片進行拌合；滾筒旋轉采用擺線針輪減速機帶動齒輪驅動，每次拌合量不少于1000㎏。

（二）、加熱方式：采用世界名牌兩段火柴油燃燒器加熱，對滾筒內的氣體加熱升溫；氣體的溫度傳遞給瀝青混合料，其溫度由溫度傳感系統控制，達到需要溫度時燃燒器停止燃燒。

（三）、上料方式：1、上料軌道可折疊，上料斗為底卸式，其容量為300㎏/次;提升采用多功能電動提升機，由行程開關限位。2、液壓助力上料方式。

（四）、除塵方式：采用旋風除塵系統，由離心式通風機將滾筒內的粉塵、水蒸氣排出。

（五）、供電方式：若不能接外界電源，配有電啟動柴油發電機組；發電機組的機架下面有四組二級橡膠減震機構，運轉十分平穩以防止振動機件及電器損壞。

（六）、整機采用多功能電器控制系統，一目了然，操作簡單。

四、注意事項

數字調溫（左上角），通電后一定要先運行攪拌系統，點火器在通電后15秒自動開啟，在室內操作時應注意通風，將有毒氣體排出室外，保證安全。
